Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase.
Custom-cut, made-to-order, or personalized items, unless received damaged or defective.
Gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change-of-mind purchases within the 30-day window, provided the item meets the conditions above.

Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@oracne.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or style, the fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us if you'd like help arranging an exchange instead.
